The builders’ grade patio was failing, drainage issues were causing the steps to sink, and the egress window required a more suitable railing placed more appropriately. We were able to build more function and style into the patio. Our design included a custom-made wrought iron railing attached to the home instead of the door wall, instantly widening the entrance.
