A Passion for Landscape Design Rooted in Experience
Lyn’s journey into landscape design began at Michigan State University, where she earned her degree in Horticulture with a specialization in Landscape Design. Her education laid the groundwork for a career centered around creativity, plant knowledge, and thoughtful outdoor spaces.
Early on, Lyn spent two seasons working at the iconic Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. There, she not only helped maintain the gardens but also led garden tours, sharing her knowledge and appreciation for landscape design with visitors from around the world.
A Long History With Four Seasons
Lyn originally joined the Four Seasons team in 2004, bringing her passion for plants and design to our clients’ outdoor spaces. Over the years, she has played a key role in creating landscapes that are both beautiful and uniquely tailored to each homeowner.

Her favorite part of the process is seeing a project come full circle.
From the first brainstorming session with a client to the final walkthrough, Lyn enjoys watching ideas transform into fully realized outdoor spaces. For her, it’s not just about the finished product—it’s about the entire journey of bringing a vision to life.
