Our clients were contemplating a new addition to their home and the removal an existing in-ground pool. We are pleased they had the forethought to involve us early in the planning process, well before the renovation and construction started. Preliminary work included water drainage issues, re-directing sewer lines, regrading and getting the project through the permitting process. Many municipalities have exacting standards for new construction and a process that can be arduous. But we met every standard and successfully navigated the process for the homeowners. The resulting outdoor space includes a lounge area, an entertaining and dining space, and a gas fire pit for family and friends to gather around. They are an active family, involved in team sports. Now they have a perfect crowd-pleasing post-game hangout.
